These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between Licensee and Speed Booster. By downloading, installing, or retaining a product for more than 7 days, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not download or use the product and must delete it immediately.
You must understand that during the term of this terms, you have only a non-exclusive and limited right to use the object code version of the product for non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Product or attempt to access the Product's source code, except and only to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law and to the extent that applicable law allows a contractual waiver of such rights.
You may not assign or transfer the Products or any rights or obligations under these Terms of Service and/or this Agreement without the prior written consent of Speed Booster.
Speed Booster does not represent or warrant that the product will operate uninterrupted or error free. Especially in the following cases:
(1) Modifications or changes to the product without the prior written approval of Speed Booster,
(2) Accident, Negligence, Misuse or Abuse
(3) Exposure to conditions outside the range of environmental, power, and operating specifications provided by the Speed Booster.
Except as expressly set forth in these Terms of Service, Speed Booster makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Speed Booster expressly disclaims all warranties not set forth in these Terms of Service. Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law are limited to the terms contained in these Terms of Service and to the extent permitted by law to Speed Booster.
Because this product has advertisements, some of which are more extensive, so this product is "not suitable for minors"
Certain features of Speed Booster cause certain programs, functions or files to be stopped, deleted or uninstalled. So before using Speed Booster, you should read our instructions and tips carefully to judge whether the product meets your purpose and needs, as well as your safety requirements. Once you install the product and/or perform any operation, you undertake to be solely responsible for it.
We provide a Privacy Policy as an integral part of this Agreement, which you should read and agree to before installing and operating the product.
You do not need to pay us any access fee to use the Services, unless you would like to pay a premium fee for a license to use the premium in-app feature, which will provide you with access to the premium in-app feature for the appropriate time. As long as we continue to provide services to the public, we will not terminate your access to premium in-app resources unless you violate any term of this agreement.
Premium in-app features are available as monthly or other recurring subscriptions. By subscribing to premium in-app features, you agree to the subscription policy and corresponding direct debit or other payment method. If your subscription was purchased through one of our services, you will be charged for such subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly or other periodic basis until cancelled or terminated by either party. You must cancel or terminate the subscription before the start of the next month or period, or the subscription will automatically renew and be charged to the payment method of your choice. You may cancel or terminate your subscription in accordance with the relevant subscription policy.
You agree not to take advantage of errors in the Services, the Site and/or our Services and systems that could result in an unfair transaction between you and Speed Booster or gain an unfair advantage in the Services, or by paying additional fees in an informal manner other than Channels provided directly by Speed Booster, or any other channel not authorized by Speed Booster (Unlicensed Channels). Any losses you suffer as a result of paying premiums through unauthorized channels. We reserve the right to reduce, suspend, change, delete or terminate the account or its data for any account paid through unauthorized channels; we also reserve the right to identify it as fraudulent in our sole discretion.
Paying premium fees to gain access to premium in-app features, their associated subdomains, any merchant service provider and/or other third-party platform's license requires acceptance of such merchant service provider's terms of service and privacy policy, and/or the third party Platform prior to using such Merchant Service Provider and/or Third Party Platform (as the case may be). Downloading, viewing or using such payment channels and tools constitutes acceptance of their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. After you pay the premium fee, you agree that no premium in-app features are eligible for a refund and that the premium fee is not refundable in whole or in part. You are not entitled to any concessions regarding these payment terms. If any payment is disputed or declined, or if any fraudulent activity is detected, we may suspend, terminate or access or take other action through the relevant account at our sole discretion.
